Very strange girl, but Keroro likes her because she is one of the few people who actually seem to take him seriously. Knows a lot about magic! Used to work at Metokkori R.

► Kou Shuurei (Saiunkoku Monogatari)

The one who taught Keroro (and Eve) to make dumplings, and indirectly resulted in Keroro's chocolate-pork dumplings.

► Leo (Fire Candy)

Keroro used to spend all his free time plotting different ways to invade Leo's apartment just to show him that he is a ruthless alien invader. Nothing really worked. Although Keroro was responsible for all the itching powder dumped into his underwear drawer.

► Ritsuka Aoyagi (Loveless)

Keroro considers Ritsuka his friend as well as just a really good kid. He gave him a personal alarm in the shape of a star, because Ritsuka seems to get into lots of trouble...There is still a little metal robot (mint in box) under the counter in Metokkori R with Ritsuka's name on it.

► Roy Mustang (Full Metal Alchemist)

The Big Boss. Also a victim of Keroro's Chara Misfortune Keychain promotion. Keroro isn't all that afraid of him.

► Ling Yao (Full Metal Alchemist)

Cheerful guy who still owes Keroro a rematch for that spaghetti eating contest.

► Franziska von Karma (Ace Attorney)

CRAZY WOMAN WITH A WHIP.

► Itou Kamotaro (Gintama)

The Step Ladder of Metokkori R who was eventually promoted to Barista at the Hikan Cafe. To this day, Keroro still thinks this guy has no real friends, was probably unemployed and living out of a box before working for him.

► Kagura (Gintama)

A completely uncontrollable girl with a crazy addiction to sukonbu. Who raised her to be like this?!

► Okita Mitsuba (Gintama)

Used to work for Keroro at the Hikan Cafe as a waitress. A really nice person. Kind of reminds him of someone...

► Okita Sougo (Gintama)

Evil sadist. Keroro thinks he may also be delusional and violent. Never stops telling Keroro that he is a muppet and Frogger. Keroro is sure his world is a lot brighter and less stressful and dangerous without him there.

► Sakata Gintoki (Gintama)

Keroro has the suspicion that this guy is crazy. Once impersonated Char Aznable.

► Katsura Kotarou (Gintama)

When Keroro first met Katsura, he thought that he was a Katsura cosplayer. And a very horrible one at that. May or may not still owe Keroro money for a shipment of soba.

► Himura Tomoe (Rurouni Kenshin)

The other ex-owner of Hikan Tea Shop.

► Katakura Kojuro (Sengoku Basara)

The real Katakura Kojuro. Apparently a friend of Eve's. Keroro feels like he has to be a better parent-figure for Eve just so Kojuro won't keep staring at him disapprovingly.

► Xiao Qiao (Sangoku Musou)

One of Keroro's first friends, a cheerful young woman who always seemed interested in the things Keroro was doing. He used to clean her apartment weekly in case she ever came back.

► Superbi Squalo (Katekiyo Hitman Reborn)

Crazy and much too loud. Keroro was so scared by Squalo's threats of people wanting to eat him that he immediately ran to Azusa for assurance that she wasn't going to eat him and also to make her sign an agreement to never eat him.
